Perfect for families with healthy children or independent seniors who need daily assistance and companionship.

Child care

  • Companionship and daily routines (school, doctor visit, after-school activities)

Elderly care

  • Providing daily assistance and routines (companionship, hygiene, meals, doctor visit)
  • Helping with light exercises and daily tasks
  • Coordinating medications (under family supervision) if needed
  • Household help (meal prep/cooking, tidying, laundry, care of family pet)

  • Ensuring comfort, safety, and emotional support
  • 5 working days per week, 2 days off

ARUGA Advanced Care 

Designed for families who need extended or specialized care - for example, clients with limited mobility or chronic conditions like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or dementia.

  • 24/5 care and night presence "on hold"

  • Specialized training in geriatric and palliative care

  • Household help (meal prep/cooking, tidying, laundry, care of family pet)

How It Works

1. Consultation
We talk with your family to understand your needs, preferences, and home environment.

2. Matching Process
We select 2–3 suitable caregivers from our ARUGA network or find perfect match. Review of video presentation and CV of each candidate. 

3. Interview & Selection
You meet the candidates online and choose the one who fits your family best.

4. Contract & Start
We handle all contracts, visa process, payroll, and insurance. Your caregiver begins work with full agency support within 3-4 months from interview. 

5. Ongoing Support
We stay in touch - through monthly reports, check-ins, and annual quality audit.
