Libuša founded ARUGA as a personal response to her own experience caring for grandmother.
While searching for a dignified form of care, she realized that the Czech market lacked a concept that truly combined humanity, professionalism, and in-home assistance.

Her inspiration for compassionate and high-quality home care first came during the years she often spent time in Dubai, where many of her friends employed Filipino live-in nannies and caregivers. She admired their dedication, loyalty, and genuine heart for family, and this experience became the foundation of her vision.

"I believe every woman deserves to have someone by her side, who helps her balance caring for her family, her work, and herself," says Libuša.

Libuša has many years of experience in the corporate environment and spent three years working in an international recruitment agency as a Senior Relocation Consultant for the Middle East, specializing in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Qatar.

Thanks to this combination of international experience, empathy, and attention to detail, she has built a project that is changing the way people in the Czech Republic think about care for their loved ones.
